If you want to improve your understanding of special education so you can better address your student’s needs, this training is for you!

The Parent Consultant Training Institute from the Federation for Children with Special Needs will be starting soon in both Boston and Holyoke.  You must register in advance to attend.   Register on line at https://fcsn.org/ptic/registration-form.

PCTI is an intensive training program consisting  of 54 hours of classroom instruction and exercises.  An optional internship through the Federation is available upon completion.  Presenters include leading attorneys and special education experts, Federation staff, and representatives from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Bureau of Special Education Appeals.  Topics include:
